Ingredients: 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained); 4 eggs; ¼ cup cream; 2 cups grated cheddar cheese; 1 cup plain or chive Andrulis Farm Cheese; ¼ tsp salt; ¼ tsp pepper

Spinach Bake

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained) (10 oz)
4 eggs (well-beaten)
¼ cup cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup plain or chive Andrulis Farm Cheese (crumbled)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

Cook spinach according to pkg. directions, draining very well. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into greased 11 x 7 x 1 ½ casserole & bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
