Andrulis Cheese has been producing fresh Baltic cheese for decades. Andrulis cheese has a rich history in cheese with few changes to the original recipes handed down from generation to generation. In the passing of Allen and Lu Andrulis, Allen’s Daughter Shannon and her husband Dan along with there son Nico (4th generation Cheese maker) own and operate the company and are carrying on the old world heritage.
