Andrulis Cheese has been producing fresh Baltic cheese since 1938. The photos below show the deep heritage of our family business. In the passing of Allen and Lu Andrulis, Allen’s Daughter Shannon and her husband Dan along with there son Nico (4th generation Cheese maker) own and operate the company and are carrying on the old world heritage.
