Cheese Chutney Dip

Ingredients

1 cup plain Andrulis Farm Cheese (crumbled)
2 3oz cream cheese (softened)
1 ½ tbsp dry white wine or sherry
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup finely chopped chutney
1 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onions

Instructions

Combine all ingredients.
Serve as a dip with crackers or cocktail rye bread. Best if prepared a few hours ahead.
