Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 2 cups plain or chive Andrulis Farm cheese, crumbled; 1 TBSP. minced onion; 1 tsp. mustard; ½ tsp.salt; ¼ tsp. pepper; 6 english muffins, split; ½ cup chili sauce

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cups plain or chive Andrulis Farm cheese, crumbled
1 TBSP. minced onion
1 tsp. mustard
½ tsp.salt
¼ tsp. pepper
6 english muffins, split
½ cup chili sauce

Instructions

Combine all ingredients & spread on both sides of English muffins. Put on cookie sheet. meat side up & bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
