Apple Cheese Salad

Ingredients

4 medium apples (cored and diced)
½ cup small marshmallows
½ cup raisins or dates (chopped)
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
juice of one lemon

Dressing

¼ cup Andrulis Farm Cheese (crumbled)
¼ cup sour cream or half-and-half
½ cup cream

Instructions

Combine salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
For the dressing, blend the ingredients, then pour over the apple mixture.
Chill before serving.
