Hot Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained)
- ¾ cup Andrulis Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup liquid from spinach
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
- red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- 1 Cook spinach, saving liquid.

Melt butter, add flour, and stir. Add evaporated milk and spinach liquid. Cook for 10 minutes.- 3
Add remaining ingredients. Serve hot with chips. - 2
