Spinach Bake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked and drained) (10 oz)
- 4 eggs (well-beaten)
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup plain or chive Andrulis Farm Cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- 1 Cook spinach according to pkg. directions, draining very well. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into greased 11 x 7 x 1 ½ casserole & bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
