Ingredients

Andrulis Feta Cheese
(crumbled)

oz
cream cheese
(softened)

tsp
minced onion
½
tsp
celery salt

tbsp
sour cream or half-and-half
dash of hot pepper sauce

cup
chopped parsley
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except parsley and shape into a ball.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Before serving, remove from foil and roll in parsley. Serve with crackers.
