Cheese Chutney Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Andrulis Farm Cheese (crumbled)
- 2 3oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ½ tbsp dry white wine or sherry
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup finely chopped chutney
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onions

- 1 Combine all ingredients.

Serve as a dip with crackers or cocktail rye bread. Best if prepared a few hours ahead. - 2
