Cheese & Beef Muffins
Ingredients

ground beef

cups
plain or chive Andrulis Farm cheese, crumbled

TBSP.
minced onion

tsp.
mustard
½ tsp.salt
¼ tsp. pepper

muffins, split
½ cup chili sauce
Instructions

Combine all ingredients & spread on both sides of English muffins. Put on cookie sheet. meat side up & bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
