Apple Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 medium apples (cored and diced)
  • ½ cup small marshmallows
  • ½ cup raisins or dates (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • juice of one lemon
    • Dressing
  • ¼ cup Andrulis Farm Cheese (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup sour cream or half-and-half
  • ½ cup cream
Instructions

    Combine salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    For the dressing, blend the ingredients, then pour over the apple mixture.
